Cressida 1jz'gte to A340E auto question.

Hello,

I recently purchased a 92 cressida with a 1jz-gte with the stock A340E auto. Currently to drive it you need to go through gears manually and there's no overdrive, Is this a product of the conversion or can i get a kit of sorts to make it drive as it would factory with the overdrive?
