Hi mate, yeah man, get your bits from Japan. There is a guy by the name of Jeff Harper from the Soarer Central forums
    http://soarercentral.com

Jeff runs a parts sourcing service. Parts from Yahoo Japan auction site.

    Check out his website. http://www.f1kits.com

Have to ask you this though. Is it the shock absorber which is stuffed?, if so they are changeable, and probably available through Castle Hill Toyota. Guys on Soarer Central have purchased shocks from Castle Hill.

If it is the airbag, then get a complete unit ex Japan.

    cheers Chuck.

Your mechanic needs to remove the TEMS actuators from the struts. He then needs to switch the tems from soft to hard and back to soft, allowing time for the actuators to complete each cycle. The adjuster spindle on the shock should then be manually turned to the soft setting. Then re- install the actuators, making sure the actuator engages correctly with the strut adjusters spindle.

If the air bags are not lifting the car, check to make sure the compressor air filter is clean.
Jack the car up, and start the engine, with load off the suspension, the compressor will have an easier time of inflating the bags.

You will also have to disconnect/reconnect the battery, to re-boot the suspension ECU.

    cheers Chuck.
