Man i'm excited about this! Feels like it's been ages, though it hasn't really.. I got tomorrow off work also so can fit a new heater not putting up with 11 deg top temp and no heater.

Also if I have time I should get the handbrake operational with the new rear discs.

Its an independent servo . But its not out of the way and has a decent area to gather in as it used to be where all the guys from the runs used to hangout until it was shutdown.

Best places for 98 octane are the BP about 15mins out of Goulburn near the massive truck weigh station, the Mobil in Goulburn and one of the Caltexs in Goulburn has it too.

Best idea is to fill up in Sydney where it is cheaper then top up down there.

Yeah, i normally squeeze as much into the tank as possible, get down there with about 3/4 of a tank, then duck off for a lunchtime halfa tank at the mobil (now the bp shut down ) I've been meaning to get a jerry for a while... but its not so bad, only 10 mins into town. Just remember to take your helmet off It helps you get back into public road driving mode.
