ping noise from head on my 7mgte help?

Hi can anyone give advice on what upgrades i should do to my engine 7mgte as i will be pulling off the head soon as a loud knock noise is coming from the head. Im running 3inch exhaust, microtech cpu, stantard CT26, front mount, after market fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, aftermarket coil packs. head has ARP bolts with copper gasket, the engine dyno was 197KW at the wheels? I've been looking at cams for the head or should i just fix it to standard spec and go for a bigger turbo, i would like to see at least another 50-100KW?
