oil line size??

howdy,

just doing some finishing touches before i get the car on the road and im up to the oil cooler.
now what im wondering is what size line i should run, im thinking around -10.

i can get spin on block adapters with the following ports:
3/8
1/2
-10
the adapter size is 3/4-16 correct?

any suggestions?
motor 4age, will be turbo down the track and will basically be thrashed 90% of the time. (not a road car).
