Well, i am going to mount a feed pump under the RHS floorpan near the rail. Pump up to a surge tank under the bonnet and go from there. This should please an engineer when done properly. In other threads, some people have mentioned being opposed to putting warm fuel back into the surge tank from the fuel rail. Has anyone got any suggestions to get around this. I probably dont have a good spot to put a fuel cooler at the moment. I thought about a T peice back into the return line rather than running a whole new line back to the fuel tank? Could some problems arise from this?
Thanks for the suggestions and comments guys.

With the standard 1gg I used the original fuel line and had no problems at all. Others also have not experienced any problems.

in my set up for the 1g RA28 I made the surge tank and pumps in the tire well in the boot, and covered it with the flap that went over it, never had any fuel smell problems, and definately never any fuel surge problems....
I miss the 'ol girl....
