Supra 1.5jz with 2jzgte ecu

1UZ-FE MAF is same as 7M-GTE (electronics wise)...its not the MAF electronics that is paired to the injector size, its the MAF body...on the 7M-GTE the 1UZ-fe MAF body (with either 1UZ-fe or 7M-GTE electronics) is sized pretty well for 550cc injectors on a 3L (its a common 'old school' mod for more boost/airflow). Basically the larger body allows more air flow with the same signal from the Karman Vortex sensor, which "compensates" for the bigger injectors. The injector control is in the ECU, so you just need a MAF body that flows around 25% more air than the original to keep fuelling in balance. You might ne able to achieve this with a 1UZ-fe body and fiddling with the bleed screw...

I have a after market air intake on the single turbo so I would need to fit it to that or I could change and down size it.
I think I can get hold of a v8 maf I've looked them up and there's to sorts one like the vvti one and the other is round .

MAF wont bolt in to that intake pipe, they usually require a flange both ends.
Can see in that vid its running very rich.
(Oh, and bung those empty holes that are defeating the reason you have an air filter!)
