Default is200 handbrake shoe cup fouling (pics/video)

    Hi All,

Using the long weekend to put new rear rotors and pads on my is200. I've noticed after taking the rotor off (I've only removed the left rotor so far) that one of the shoe hold down cups is fouling on the hub, doesn't look right to me.

I've never noticed an issue/noise before so I assume its something that has happened as a result of me removing the old rotor. I haven't popped off the other rotor yet to check what that side looks like.

Has anyone had experience with this?

It just doesn't need to be pushed down/compressed and given a 1/4 turn? Pin pulled through the cup or pin's head broke off/pulled through the backing plate. was never put on correctly or you turned/did it.
Should you be working on brakes?
'I've scrapped better.' John stated when asked about the car by the guy with the silver tipped cowboy boots!

Probley didn't adjust before pulling the rotor off and when it came off it pulled it all apart, see it all the time.
Good luck as they can be a pain to get back in as the hub is in the way.
Make sure u dead just the hand brake before pulling the other rotor off through the inspection hole
