Default Is this kitted ta22 a good deal?

I currently have a stock Ta22 ST with a 2t-B in it that i want to upgrade anyway.
I have been offered a ta22 with some decent parts in it from a neighbour of mine for around $4000 that i can swap all the parts over from his to mine.

It is currently registered and has the following parts:

    Suspension:
-Front struts ae86 with coil over kit and vented brake kit.
-Techno toy tuning roll centre adjusters.
-Custom springs 6kg front, 4kg rear
-Diff is ra23, with disc brake conversion.
    -Cusco Rs 2way LSD

    Engine:
    -2tg early cylinder head
    -3t bottom end (1800cc)
-Head and manifold ported by hsd Moorabbin
    -284 degrees custom cams
-kameari vernier adjustable cam gears and idler gear
    -pacemaker extractors
    -toda light weight chromoly flywheel
    - exedy hd clutch
    - Twin 45mm Webber Carbs
    -T50 gearbox

The outside and interior are both pretty crappy so I would just be buying it to swap the parts over into my car.

    Is this a good deal?

I wanted to get T3 suspension parts in my car eventually anyway and big disc brakes all around.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Jai

yep, i'd be doing the deal also.
theres nothing better than getting bulk parts and swapping over in a day, as opposed to forking out money when and if they ever come available..
    haggle a bit ...

you can alway recoup some money from selling odd bits, not required.
