    Default 1988 st165

So after months of debating wether or not to sell my ST165 I have come to the conclusion to sell it. I have owned the car for nearly 3 years, and only drove it for 1 year as I took it off the road to fix a few problems which I never got around to doing due to personal reasons.

It has done 195,000kms. Vin is ST1650004183.
Interior is all original. Drivers seat on the right side and rear seats in 2 spots on the leather are worn. Dash is lifting a bit and has a hole where a boost gauge was fitted, but near perfect dash is included with car. The rest of the interior is in very good condition. Body is in good condition for the age with only a few very minor dents, apart from the front bar which will need repainting. Original fog lights come with the car also.

    Pros:
Darkest legal tint with lifetime warranty
Near new 2.5 inch cat-back exhaust
    High flow cat
    3 inch dump pipe
    New battery
New Penrite full synthetic oil and oil filter
    New spark plugs
    New spark leads
    New distributor cap
    New fuel filter
Full synthetic gearbox and diff oil
    C-one diff mount
    Aluminium radiator
    K&N panel filter
    ST185 single pot front calipers
    Braided brake lines
    Phillips +100% headlight globes
    Aftermarket shocks with Whiteline springs
    Cusco adjustable strut tops
Polyurethane crontol arm and sway bar bushes

    Cons:
Air con doesn't work, but it's all there and was working with previous owner. May need regassing

Turbo oil seals are leaking, only noticed when I removed the intercooler. Still spools fine

3rd gear synchro is worn, still engages fine though. Gearbox with 100,000kms will come with the car

Has a slow water leak. Suspected that it's the head gasket. Done a compression test which read 177, 179, 178, 177, so drives as normal as long as you top up the radiator every 3 weeks or so and let it warm up in the mornings. New vrs kit, head bolts, water pump and timing belt kit will come with car

    Front tyres need replacing
