Looks like a pretty standard plastic bung/grommet for the spoiler to key in to, if my sleuthing in ToyoDIY is anything to go buy it's used in a wide variety of other places too

Hey all,
Been trying to find another fitting like the one below. It is 12mm wide on the bell section and it holds the spoiler in place (apart from bolts on other spots on the spoiler)

Wow thanks heaps for your help mate. Seems like the go based on that part number.
Since you've been so awesomely helpful. I just need to go through the list and see which is the most common at the local wreckers.

I just did a bit of following up on the grommet but it appears it might not be the part number as hoped
The main reason is I found this extract from the article of the spoiler i'm installing:
Parts
No Description Part Number Qty.
1 Wing 1
2 Lens Cover 1
3 Trunk Damper 1 / side
4 Retainer 2
5 Bolt 68961-20140 2
6 Clip 4
7 Nut 90179-06129 4
8 Foam Pad 1
9 Template 1
10 Cleaning Pad 1
11 Allen Wrench (5mm) 1
You will notice below 7 refers to 90179-06129 but its a nut unfortunately according to the pic and details above.

I believe I have found the part on another car (A Toyota Vios) but there is no attached part number to it
Here is a picture of it on the Toyota Vios

Bugger, so it is....
It actually looks similar to the grommet that goes in the front bumper on my Corolla that the grille clips in to, which is 90467-18009. That one is black though, and has a little tab on one side to help pull it out.
