    Cool 4AGE 16V to run on a honda ecu [DIY GUY]

    hello looking for some help in making this conversion .i want to run my 4age 16v [big port] on a honda ecu:i already plan to drop in some cams[poncams],and raise the compression with some pistons.i really need a cheaper approach than those exspensive standalones out there. since my budget is small.I seen info out there on the net but nothing to precise.because the stock ecu has its limts ;it can only to so munch so i would like to toss it
    and go with a honda ecu as my cheap standalone;;HELP PLEASE

    WHAT I HAVE SEEN OUT THERE
    some guys use the p28 euc [non vtec] odb1
    honda dizzy[obd1] and fit it to the 4age head

    I just need a point in the right direction from someone who has done this please;

    my is a TOYOTA STARLET [soiel] this is it;s engine conversion i've done [ 1st 4efe ,2nd 5efe, 3rd 4age 16v[now]next 7age in the future

    The time you will waste attempting to reprogram PGM-FI ECU's would be better spend on just buying a second hand 16V ECU and something like an older style piggyback to make the best of the mods you want to use.

    Realistically though, even cheap standalone's will be 10x better (e.g. MSPNP).

    I guess its possible if you can make the dizzy work somehow but fuck that;
    Just buy a cheap used aftermarket ECU and run with that

    plenty of 4age's running Wold 3D V4's... and they can be had for $200-400 second hand. Robbie at wolf still supports them (tech support over the phone). I wouldn't waste my time getting another OEM's ecu to work on the 4age. the crank/cam triggers alone wouldn't be worth fkuking around with.
