can you supercharge or turbocharge a carbie???

you could, but it would be far easier to use a single carb, or EFI.

oh alright, its currently got high lift cams fitted to it to give extra power.
would it be easier to force induction this engine by putting to EFI or better to put something like 2jz or sr20det?

You have not given enough detail but if you put the .....charger in front of the carb, the carb has to be in a sealed box so that the pressure is the same on the inside as the outside otherwise it will push air or fuel out every hole plus the fuel in the float bowl needs the same pressure on it. The older racing cars did it this way and you can tell because you can hear the supercharger gear lobe noise quite clearly.
