Replacement third gear for a C56

I'm in the middle up freshening up my C56 (came from AE101 I think). The problem I have is that the third gear and hub no. 2 sleeve are stuffed. I have tried through Amayama, however there is no stock. Does anyone know if I can upgrade to the later 99+ 3rd gear from a later c56 33034-12160( I'm not looking at the 2003+ ones unless I have to). From what I understand I'll need the synchro to match this gear 33368-20061 but would I need to replace to the new style 4 gear and synchro as well if I use the new hub sleeve 33364-20051 or can I use and older style sleeve?

I have checked and the driven gears are the same over the years for the C56's

My last option is to strip one of my C52's and swap out the third gears for a c52/6 hybrid.

So it turns out that the c56 hub no 2 is not compatible with the pre 91 c52 third gear synchro so this means I also have to run the c52 fourth gear and synchro with a c52 hub no 2. So unless I want to experiment and buy new style c56 gears and synchros for third and fourth I have just managed to turn my c56 into a c52 when all I had planned was to fit my lsd and replace third and second synchros!! Shouldln't be too much of an issue with my 7age (once finished) I was actually fast around Sandown with c52 anyway!!
Now I have a brand new third gear synchro for an early c56 or post 4/91 c52. Anyone need one?

C60 6 speed gear set into the C52 case with a ZZW30 LSD works well for when you get bored of the 5 speeds. Just needs SW20 NA drive shafts to make it work with the AW11.

After stripping three gearboxes and to find I am back to a c52 I don't plan on rebuilding anotherone soon!! And bored... You mean "Bored and cashed up!!"
