JDM electrical schematic for AE92 Corolla > Blower Fan not working on "Auto" mode

Hi. . .

Have been wiring up various inputs for an Adaptronic e420d on my JDM AE92. After testing that they all work & putting interior back together I now find my Blower fan won't work on "AUTO" < Automatic A/C mode >.

I don't think it's the Blower Resistor as all normal Fan speeds < Lo-Med-Hi > work. . .


Can anyone advise where I can get a JDM AE92 wiring diagram for the Blower Fan circuit?

I only have the Haynes manual and it doesn't cover Climate Control car's as that was never offered on ADM AE92's.


AFAIK ADM AE95R's < Tercel's > also had Climate control Air so electrical schematics for that car should also work.

If the car has auto climate control you need to make sure that both temperature sensors are still there and plugged in.

There is the cabin temp sensor which I think from memory is on the panel under the steering wheel,
there is usually a wee vent like 3 slots on the LHS of that panel,

and there should be an ambient temp sensor in the grill in front of the radiator and condenser.

Usually they only affect the temperature control not the fan speed though?

Thanks DX20V; you pointed me in right direction - both sensors were attached but no power was getting to the cabin sensor.

I decided to check Digital Inputs again & noticed the one for the Blower Fan now wasn't registering. I traced back wiring & found that the point where I'd soldered the Blower input wire to the lever switch wire had come apart.
