Default Alloy rim centre bore machining

Probably not really a tech & conversions topic but thought i'd ask here first....
So i have a set of Mazdaspeed rims (Rays) that i need to machine the centre bore so they will fit my mitsu.
So they are 54.1mm bore and the Mitsu is 56.1mm. All of the 4x100 Toyotas are 54.1 and the Hondas are 56.1 too.
As im already getting them machined, reckon it would be in my best interest to get them taken out to a common aftermarket rim bore size (67.1mm for Rotas, 73/75mm for Enkei etc) so if i decide to flog them in the future or chuck them on another car I dont have to fork out for machining again or have an issue of trying to get 2mm hub rings (can you even?!!)

    Cheers in advance,
    Stu

which size (bore) spacers are most easily available locally?
enough material to take them out 10mm radius?

if you are likely to sell or swap later, seems like a good idea

these guys have from 0.5mm rings (and many others), made from ABS ($5 each, free shipping).. http://pdt-services.com/en/hub-centr...r-alloy-wheels

I'll have to have another look but i think i can easily get to the 60.1mm without taking too much meat out, which will cover all toyotas, mitsuibishis, mazdas and hondas with a spacer.
Cheers for the awesome link Stu.
Same price to buy online/local but one i dont have to go out and get
