What you can do is install a crank trigger wheel and sensor assembly on the crank pulley (or harmonic balancer if it has one of them) and use the dizzy sensor as the cam angle sensor to provide the TDC reference.
You can buy 36:1 multitooth wheels from a number of places including diyautotune.com off the top of my head.
To use the dizzy as cam angle sensor you simply grind off 3 of the 4 blades leaving just a single blade which the ecu can use to determine a full 720 degrees of crank rotation.
