Thanks for the Ideas !!

I`ll check the Comp wheel nut tonight , The more i look at the turbo the more i think there couldnt be anything major wrong with it as there are no chunks out of any wheels and its wasnt making a horrible noise when driving back home.

Although the wategate wasnt stuck open as such could it be a weak wastegate that at the first sign of boost is just opening ???

Going with the theory of the Wategate , Ive fitted the turbo back up again and went for a drive and a horrible noise when coming on boost.

Remove Turbo Again

Can clearly see the front and rear wheels had lightly been scrapping on the housing with just a second of boost and now i can clearly see when spinning the wheels

well, i would definetly be taking it back to the place that did the job and explaining what is happening....

you should be able to get it fixed for free
