OD as in outside diameter? 14" ??? have u got a tape measure handy?
or do u mean PCD, which is 5x100
or offset which can be +35 +38 depending on how wide u go...
or do u want to know the cirumference?

Using the tyre size calculator at: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

    Stock tire: 195/60/R14

    Sidewall: 117mm
    Radius: 305.7mm
    Diameter: 589.6mm
    Circumference: 1852.3mm

Use the calculator on the site to work out what size tyres you need it keep your speedo accurate if you're changing wheel sizes.

You can obtain the original tyre fitment size to your, or any car fitted with a tyre placard sticker - this will be located usually on the inside glovebox lid, or the driver's door jamb. Then throw the figures into the calculator, and you have your original tyre diameter, to work from.
