head gasket

has anyone replaced a head gasket on a 18 rc if so do i have to take the cam, valve springs ect ect off or can i just unbolt the head. sorry its my first time at this

You just have to remove the cam to get to the head studs and take out the top timing chain tensioner. Thats the big bolt at the front of the head on the drivers side.
Being carful when lifting he head, need to juggle it a bit to get past the timing gear.
Can give detailed info when your doing job.
