Default Adjustable 4-link For KP Starlet (similar to KE70, AE86 etc) – Options?

Looking at options for an adjustable 4 link for the Starlet but want to run bushed rod ends. Any one done something similar and where did you source your rod ends from? What was overall cost and how did you mod your 4 link arms to suit or did you start from scratch? Seems to be a couple of different ways to tackle it –
Adjustor welded into factory arms then poly bushes to replace factory rubbers
Bushed rod ends and threaded tube or bungs welded into normal tube
For my front arms I used rod ends from Magoos with a custom sleeve to match the bolt size and fill the space between the mounting points as they were a bit narrow, at $50 each though that will add up quickly and then need threaded tube for them.

Can source cheaper out of the US but freight is a bit up there.
You can also get these bushed rod ends in a variety of sizes that have grease fittings.

Or for a not bad price you can get with the threaded tube, just need to sort better freight options. This means no welding and no xray required for cert.

What size rod ends did you use? I have 5/8” on my front LCA’s and assume these will do for the rear, although there are 3/4” readily available for not much more.
    Any input welcome.

I built up adjustable arms for my tr7 project using camry suspension arms - cheap & easy to find, adjustable & easy to modify

I used T3 stuff on the clubbie. They do a range of lengths.

T3 are no good, want bushed not heims like this. Will be in a reasonably high usage road car.

I actually have a pair of the Camry arms as traction bars in my KE70 ute, pulled one out on Saturday but must be a different model to yours by the looks of it. Looked at just extending the thread further up the arms but they step in slightly just after the thread so it won't work. Would need to replace the bushes with something a bit wider but is a possibility. Top arms would need a bit more work though as much shorter bars and different bushing sizes. Welding gets a bit more expensive here as it would probably need to be crack tested to be legal (and I can't weld).
Just got a price back on the Steinjager complete arms, cheaper than the T3 options so will get some sent over and see how they go.

    ahh thats right.

whiteline used to do bushed adjustable arms for ae86 and a few others. hardrace is another, i seen them on ebay but, youd have to see if you can get replacement bushes. but they all around the same price 500+.

steinjager might be ya best bet.

I've got similar/identical bushes on my ta22 man, they were from a mazda ute apparently (got them off trademe second hand). Been told by a work mate theyre pretty big in the mini truck/4x4 scene so chances are theyll be on available through 4x4 specialists/websites and i think i may have also seen them sold by places that specialize in stockcar parts.
