IS200 4spd Auto - Changing Diff Ratio

Not sure if anyone has even bothered with it..

my IS200 Auto currently has a open 4.11.

would swapping a 4.3 for example (with an LSD) into it cause any problems with the auto and the tempremental as hell ECU?

i don't plan on keeping it auto for ever... although it might seem like it for those who know my car build is an extremly slow process.....!

speedo on the is200 auto reads off left front abs sensor, so no issues changing the diff ratio.
