2RZ-E and 3RZ-FE questions

since i cant find a 2rz-fe forsale in australia,i am thinking about buying a whole 3rz-fe and a 2rz-e and merging the two togther.

i need the capacity as a 2rz for engineering.

so,can i put the 3rz-fe head on the single cam block?

is there any block differences between a 2rz-e and a fe?

if this wont work i'll have to bring one in from the states
