but, the crank is slightly scraped, nothing seriuos. Almost the same shape in all connectors
The bearing pic tells enough!!! The crank will need machining/grinding or replacement, and their rods will need to be rebuilt or replaced.

fwiw: (this was with an old CB400 honda) i had bearings showing uneven wear white metal in bottom of cup (streaks of copper showing), nothing as bad as what you have there, and the matching wear on the crankshaft was not recoverable with regrinding to suit oversized beargings (the hondas had a limited range of bearing caps). Solution was to get another engine from the wreckers.

If you can see visible scrapes on the cranks, you really should pull it out and get an engine shope to measure it up for actual wear and out-of-round-ness.

Attached is a pic with crank in fifth and sixth rod position. They have the same size and the fifth have remainders of the bearing damaged. Tomorrow morning I will take to an specialist with a micrometer to measure it for actual wear and out-of-round-ness.

I still have hope to save this engine..., this is not a popular engine in my country, it will be difficult to find a spare one.

If not..., to save a little money by a time (months !), and then do a conversion for a 1J (dream a little have no cost)

ok, the one on the right looks... well.. not too bad....
but the one on the left looks terrible, the surface looks like it has galled on the hard metal underneath the soft metal of the bearing.... definitely a regrind, possibly a dead brank

how big are the oversize bearings you can get for your engine?

    nice pics btw

The engine is almost dissasembled to bring it up to be cleaned and measured in the next couple days.

I have some pics for head, head gasket close to fail ! on cyl 1

Original TRD clutch kit ?, may be, one year ago it was reconditioned using original metalic TRD pads but in different schema, now they were eaten ! and the fly wheel and the disc needes to be resufaced. I will request that they measure the pressure plate(31210-GA754, ø236*ø150, 8,526 N), first time just They toll me that it was high for a regular engine but I do not know if it is really a TRD part.

Have anybody know the ring or cilinder tolerance to be reaconditioned ? I have one pic for piston 1, is it an original part ?

The pic for head shows a dry carbon/oil deposit in all chambers except on number two. This have a little wet deposit. What do You think that is necessary to do in this part of the engine ? or just it needs a good clean ?

4k big end bearings fit for big ends (thats if they are the 42 mm big end)
2s/3s main bearings fit for mains
your piston looks like mine,. so yes. original
    piston to cylinder clearance:
    no 1 and no 6 .020mm - .040mm
    no 2 - 5 .030-.050

just for when you get it measured
your main journal diameter should be 54.985 - 55.000mm

No-one has mentioned it, it looks like those bearings have been done once already.
    This pic:

    Shows U/S 0.25.

I think your best bet is looking for a motor, as difficult as that might be.

Thanks ke70, this information will help to know about engine state.

3sgte, I did not know about this numbers but now, I think that the previous owner had similar problem 3 years ago...

Tomorrow morning I will know the results of measurement for the crank, cylinders, etc. and if it is possible to save the engine.

This last 3 months, the car was very very fun to drive with the mods of the intake, exhaust and turbo, in special when burning wheels and making donuts. I was specting that engine fail but not to soon and not in this way.
