need pinout for 2 plugs to the right

Hi everyone,
I have installed a JDM 1jz vvti into my 86 toyota RV. When I first started it without MAF/intercooler it ran great, except when I gave it gas then it sputtered. When I added the MAF it ran very rough. I tried a second MAF to be sure. Same thing. I believe I am back to a wiring issue. this engine has the 5-plug ECU and There dosen't seem to be much wiring info out there. I have attached pics of the body plugs as well as the plugs from the ECU. I was hoping someone could help with pinout info. I also attached youtube video of engine running. Any comment or sugestions are greatly appreciated.
THANKS!

You will also find that because the MAF doesn't get 'clean flow' due to the short intake pipe, it will cause rough running issues as well. I can see it was a compromise with the battery but it would be something easy to test out with a longer pipe and the MAF in the middle.
I'd say that big_zop is on the money with his comments about your MAF placement being the issue...!
If you do some research into the placement of flow meters (talking about industrial flow meters, but the principles apply) in general, you will find that most manufactures will give you instructions regarding how far (normally in pipe diameters) you must be from things that disrupt the flow such as bends, valves, air filtersfor correct operation...this is to ensure that the flow is laminar and not turbulent as it passes through the flow sensor...
It looks like the MAF is nowhere near far enough away from the air filter from the flow to become laminar...
I suspect that you are pressed for space, but try and make the intake length / position etc a bit more factory is my suggestion!
This also reminds me a little bit about Bill Sherwoods post from November 2005 regarding his 3sge BEAMS AS86...
Scroll down this page... http://www.billzilla.org/AE863SGE.htm
Another idea that may help if you are still really pressed for space...

Oh and check to see how close the wiring for JZS161 Aristo lines up with what you have...
I recall someone mentioning that it was very close for their VVTi 1JZGTE...(it's what they used anyway I believe...)

What is the part number on your ecu?
Jealousy is a curse
I remember seeing someone with a beams 3sge who made a honey comb matrix with drinking straws. this reduced the turbulance for a clean air flow before the afm.
I have the same engine in my mx83.
Check that you have wired the BM pin on the ecu to constant power, it is a hybrid throttle body where the cable pulls part of it open and the motor inside the throttle opens the rest.
Pin outs for the ecu are in my build thread here
You don't need straws in the pipe to get it to read clean, you need to make sure it is pointing the right direction though.
Its a maf sensor not afm
That is from a JZS171. I have already sent the wiring diagrams.

Hi everyone,
I have tried adding a pipe with a bend similar to the original before and after the MAF If sounded better but the engine ran the same (sputtered when i revved it) I did some more testing and found I had no power coming to the MAF. I put t power to it and to my surprise it is still running the same. I think there may be some wiring issue still. When I wired this i used this wiring info ( it is for a 2jz gte which was the closest i could find).

The body plug pinout was diferent so it took some trial and error to get it running. there are still a few wires which are a mystery to me. i have posted a pic of the body plugs. I was hoping someone might have some pinout info. I am also not certain the ECU pinout i used was accurate for this engine. On my ECU I have a blue wire in position #9 ofthe 28 pin plug which shows empty on the diagram. in position #2 of the 22pin plug I have a blue wire which is empty in the wiring diagram. I really don't know what to try next??? I was hoping to bring This on it's maiden voyage this coming weekend. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.

This fellows problem sounds very similar to mine but he must have the 4 plug ECU as I do not have an IDL pin on my ECU
