Need help urgent fuel pump constantly on and injectors pumping ?!?! :(

I went last week a 1jz wiring specialist to wire up my speedo but since there was no speedo sensor it couldn't happen. He also tried to wire my aircon which he did. In the process we realized that my brakes lights weren't even connected as well -.-, that got fixed. I drove home and parked the car. The next day i hopped in it and it would't even crank, nothing, not a light or anything turned on. Automatically knew the battery was flat. I charged the battery and when it was full i put it back in. As both positive and negative terminals got connected, the injectors started pumping or it was making a shhhhhhhhhhh noise ? there was no key in the ignition or anything ?!?! I went to the back of the car and i could hear the high pitch whine of the fuel pump aswell. This was the reason why my battery went flat. I have no clue why when the battery gets connected the injectors start pumping and the fuel pump is constantly on ? My starter just went yesterday. Please can someone help urgently ? Any help is greatly appreciated !
