CF TRD wing painted & fitted, front bar & bonnet resprayed (stone chips etc), and new CF rear bar fitted & painted
Draven, what are you getting done?
Brakes were done a month ago so I'll be looking to flush it afterwards. Wheel alignment today and guards getting rolled tomorrow for new wheels.
Had a bunch of service items I wanted to do before hand but there is a 3 week backorder on them so they wont arrive till afterwards, but they are things that I am not too worried about (air & fuel filter).

Meh, bodywork - only going to get it stone chipped again, and you ran without paint on the rear for years!
Hey Rob, just checking, i only had you down for two cars..? What's the 3rd? And you paid separately, because i only got one transfer for 2 spots? Still have room so no issue fitting extras in.
How are the other maybes travelling, any progress? I like how i didn't even need to be here to give Vito shit, there was a queue of people to do it for me. And if you want, I'll take the 86 for you. I'll even pay for the petrol i use. And yes you're soft.

Hellloooo. Back from the dead, or the wall at least. Been slowly building for the last 18 months, lately been gently repairing /preparing bodywork. Then I noticed this track day. Well bodywork can wait. Have a stack of aerosols, gonna try to get my bare metal covered. Don't mind having to sand it back off. If I can organise a windscreen I reckon I can make this.
Won't be for hot laps, rather just bedding things in and making sure it all works.
Here is a good list for you guys as I know you like whining about your to do lists
1. Finish front fibreglass bar.
2. Finish and fit rear flares
3. Prime whole exterior
4. Paint whole exterior
5. Re-bleed clutch
6. Get my tune touched up
7. Windscreen
8. Fit harness
9. Make new side and rear Perspex windows
10. Fix power steer leak from banjo
11. Fix shifter
12. Do the daddy day care thing for the next 5 days.......... That's the hard one.
For those that don't remember I was the one with the fast red 280z. Prob is I wrote that off at hillclimb at Bathurst. Old car was good for a 6 flat at Wakefiled.
New car, same shape, more bars in rollcage, more compression in motor, bigger rotors, stiffer springs, all new suspension rubbers and a few solid mounts, and now 285 rubber all round.
Theory is should be fast, reality will be I will be working on it more than tracking it if I make it Friday.
good luck!
Still haven't done the CV boot on the Spyder. And busy stripping out the AE93 I bought for the 4AGTE this weekend But will try and get onto it. 4AGTE is going into an AW.
Gt I am stripping out all the good bits on this 93 . It has new slotted rotors and pads all round and lowered springs. Has new custom front and rear bars also. I have to check on shifter but it may be short shifter? Let me know if you need anything as Trying to get rid of this asap.
Hey Garth. Can I add a +1 for the accom Friday night. Have a mate that wants to come down for a look/passenger runs
Hi, me and a mate race our AE82 4AGE and our AE92 4AGZE. Some pics of our cars, we have plenty on this link.

I'm out. New rear bar isn't a spectacular fit and will need a day's worth of fibreglassing before the shop even thinks about paint. Likely ready Friday afternoon
GDay Phil. Glad to hear things are progressing but that sounds like a decent list... also i have new mobile number and bank details so before you commit pm me and i'll send them over.
Rob, i haven't heard anything from him but just checked my banking and his transfer cleared today - so can you (or Tim) please confirm his surname and car he's bringing?
Pete, are the front interior door handles in good nick, or sun damaged?? Don't think i need much else... oh maybe the central locking switch in the dash, in perfect working order?
Schmitt - will add him and book a room for you, send me the $40.
Draven - soft.

Who else is going to be there on Thurs night?
Who's name will the room be under?
I'll probably be arriving around 8:30 or 9.
