The clutches are different, but everthing bolts up.
I wouldn't bother with it unless you already have the supercharger out, it makes very little difference, but if you've already got the parts every little bit helps.
Guys is there anything needed to do this swap? i have the pulley and electromagnetic clutch is there anything else needed to make this work or is it just a straight swap....also could i reuse the afm s/c clutch with the ae101 pulley ?

Im with Ben here,
But the diamter difference of pulleys is only 120mm as opposed to 125mm on the MAP/101 pulley.
If you take a diameter difference of only 5mm then the overall circumference/boost making differnce is bugger all.
I would only be changing if your clutch or bearings and shagged.

I'm with the above 2 (though Stanza has got the diameters the wrong way round, bigport = 125mm, smallport = 120mm)
Not worth it unless you are going to be taking them apart anyway and have the parts sitting in your shed.
And if this is an extension of your previous thread, it will not net you 10rwkw.

thanks for your replies
Hey guys ive removed my charger and wanting to use a smaller pulley but use stock electromagnetic clutch...
I am looking at getting a pulley made so that the pulley will fit over the stock electro magnetic clutch , but step down to a 115 mm diameter s/c pulley. Will the clutch work still if i was to weld the clutch face to the step down pulley ???? I dont wanna run a solid pulley as i am using a nevo 175mm also
Any ideas ? i am not paying for this so its just for fun
have you looked at the stock electromagnet... it wont fit under a 115mm pulley.
Umm it should if i step it down like i said ... so the pulley side is smaller and the other side of the pulley slips over the clutch..
I'll see what happens i am just unsure about working the clutch with the new pulley
just run the nevo with stock sc pulley, mine runs between 15-17psi daily

sounds bogus...
Sc14!

Poggy i run the nevo already dude ... i get 11- 13 psi max and 10 instant, i was trying to get alittle bit more out of the charger as i have 1 spare to experiment with.Originally Posted by Poggy

i have a 175mm on the lil feral, with standard 125mm s/c it was doing a max of 14psi. when i put the smallport 120mm s/c on i was getting a max of 17psi, and was doing 13-14 psi by 3500rpm.

reece, i ran a 160mm crank and custom fixed 90mm s/c pulley on the feral years ago. by memory was getting me ~15psi. with the smaller the s/c pulley it was very agressive, much over useing a larger crank pulley, i liked it.![]()
