SummerNats Friday Night at Braddon 2014

Hey guys, this has snuck up on me this year,

As usual there will be a small gathering of car nuts in Braddon this Friday night. We will try and get a few car spots outside Thrifty again,

I'll be at both Chuck. Planning on heading up to the top end of Northbourne today (just south of the information center) to get away from the Civic rush, there's easy access off Karuah street behind the flats

It was good to catch up with some familiar faces last night.

I must say, its been years since I've actually seen Stitty's wagon in the flesh, and I take my hat off to you Sir. Stunning mate, absolutely brilliant!

nah I didn't head out on Saturday night, was anybody out?

Certainly wasn't any decent cruising around inside the nats from 6-7pm after they closed down the entire cruise strip..... did anyone hang around late to see if it kicked back off, or were the cars all locked in the arena for the night once security forced them in there?

I went to Braddon again on Saturday night. I thought it was not bad really.... Less packed with people than Fri, but still many decent cars lining the braddon strip....
Plus, the big rigs (no trailers attached) came thru for a cruise, there was the truck drag race, which was one of the best things I have ever seen! hahaha
(2 big rigs dragged off from the lights at the 7/11-BP intersection) It was epic, and there were cops there, and they did not care in the slightest.

It was a really good atmosphere.....
