Default SV21 Camry v6/i4 knuckle swap?

Have an old sv21 with a 3SGTE engine conversion. They don't make new knuckles AFAIK. Had new bearings and hubs...5months ago, and it's making bearing failure noises again. Considering swapping to v6 knuckles, but not sure if they'll bolt up or what else I'll need (shocks/sways/control arms??). Any other solutions on how to get the wheel bearings to last a bit longer if I can't do a knuckle swap also appreciated....

The steering knuckles. The part that the hub and bearings are pressed into. Pretty sure the "hole" where the bearings are usually pressed into has with time (and extra torque/weight/movement) flogged out, allowing the bearings to wear exceptionally fast....unless I'm missing something else? It is on the Long driveshaft side? Worth doing the shaft support bearing?

Just so we're clear here's the P/N so you can see the diagram on ToyoDIY 43212-32030 (LH) 43211-32030 (RH)

vzv21. Do I have to change anything else? If it'll bolt straight up to the existing SV21 suspension without changing tie rods/swaybars/shocks etc....that'd be optimal on my limited budget....
