Cylinders except middle have black film burnt over them.
Cylinder tops and valve area has same black film.

Is this typical of burnt coolant?

Looks to me as if not torqued enough and coolants got under gasket?
    Is this a probability?

Head bolts were filthy and Odd bolt was same thread size.

Gonna clean up best I can before taking head for inspection.

This started out with overheating that couldabeen from leaking coolant, thermostat, radiator clog(internal and/or external), fan or headgasket.
    Sorry, no more guesses.
    Good luck.

here are the pics of what i found.

Notice the ODD bolt from rear of head, little bit shorter same thread but stripped out from torquing.

I am no expert but it looks like there is a thin film of metal like substance stuck to head?
There is a small particle wedged in water chanel (looks like a nugget of lead!)

AM I RIGHT IN THINKING CHEMI WELD HAS BEEN USED HERE? ARE THEY THE SIGNS...

Sure as hell the OEM bolts are NOT TTY! Those bolst in fact are the problematic feature of the engine.Really short M12 bolts cannot stretch a much so any the HG compresses they are practically hand tight! There should be only metal head gaskets.

In reality you can't TTY the OEM bolts;you strip the threads from the block way before the bolts deform.
