Hello fellow Toymodders,

Firstly, on behalf of the board, I would once again like to apologise to everyone for the delays experienced in getting membership packs sent out. The membership secretary position changed hands 3 times in the last 12 months and the switch to the online system did not make things as streamlined as we had originally thought that it would.

Now that we are back up to date with online memberships, we have spent some time improving the way we process them the best we can, to prevent the situation repeating itself in the future. For 2014 we will be aiming to have all memberships processed within one calendar month of receiving payment. In most cases it will be less than this, however February is a big month for renewals and so processing at that time is a fairly big task.

In the next month or so we will also be resuming having Toymods shirts made, to finalise those last few members who have been waiting so patiently for them, and to make them available for all club members to purchase on an individual basis.

We would like to thank all members of the club for their support in 2013, and for their attendance at club meets and events. Toyotafest #10 in particular was an amazing day which could not have happened without the club members behind us. We look forward to seeing you all at upcoming events in 2014, hopefully with some new Toyotas or finished projects to bring along!
