    Default CCG attending Toyota Fest 10 - 6th October 2013 5am

    CCG'ians,

Who doesn't love a car show dedicated to our favorite brand ?

Thanks to the brilliant folks at Toymods once again we have that car show to attend!

So the CCG is really hoping to have strong representation at Toyota Fest! (this means you !).

So start planning a super strong coffee now because its going to be an early start (our favorite).

For those that have done the trek before its a nice cold meet-up at Eagle Hawk Hotel Servo then a cruisey highway drive as a cluster with lots of shenanigans over the CB radio's.

For those that are ToyotaFest Cruise Virgins its an easy cruise up the highway to Sydney then onto the M7 (be advised there is a toll, its easy to prepay ask me how!) which takes us almost directly to the event.

    Date: Sunday, 6th of October
Start time: 5:00am - Early Start!
Location: Meet: Eagle Hawk Hotel, Federal Highway Service Road Sutton

Our destination is the HOME HUB CASTLE HILL Cnr Victoria Ave & Showground Rd, CASTLE HILL South Roof Top.

Note from the Organisers : Entrants are encouraged to arrive from 7.30am with last entrants being accepted into the display at 8.50am for a 9am start. Trophy presentation and raffle will be done at 2.30pm. The display will close at 3.00pm with ALL cars remaining until then. In the interest of public safety NO vehicle may be moved or started during the display.

Don't forget to show off any CCG clothing on the day and if anybody needs one we will make sure the CCG organisers have CCG Stickers for sale on the day.

Also if you can, Get yourself a UHF CB radio so you can join in with the chatterboxes.

Last but not least if possible please email [email protected] to tell us that your coming and we will make sure we don't leave without you.

Entry fee at ToyotaFest is $10 per vehicle to cover event overheads. Spectators are FREE!!

    Cheers

If you bring it Jojo, they will find you Nothing says "midget bang-bus" like an AE71 Corolla panelvan.

Jezz, 2 hours and 48 minutes point to point driving, that has us arriving before 8:00am. You have allowed ample time for brekky and fuel stops, thanks mate. If I were bringing the Exxon Valdiz AKA the wagon, that would work out well for all the oil fill up and check petrol stops!

Looking forward to this event, a great time to catch up with the Sydney lads,

    cheers Chuck.

No worries Chuck its worked for us in the past just in case we have any of the standard CCG delays!

Not sure how much police harassment we are going to get with the Tokyo Bosozoku racer Lads and their midgets though...

Sure as hell looks like a vinyl warp, or maybe even one of the spray on, brush on products available these days. The great thing about the latter is you can remove them with a high pressure cleaner!

I have been practising using some vinyl wrap and its not as easy as it looks. :/
Doing whole panels would require alot of patience.....

Surface prep is just as important as paint.....
