Default Looking for odd sized radiator

I'm about to fit 1uz-fe vvti (factory everything) instead of 1jz-ge vvti. The radiator I run could hardly manage 1jz in hot weather, so I'm in look for a better substitute. The problem is the radiator has to be of unusual size:
    25.5 x 16.5 x 2.5 " maximum

The plan is to find an aftermarket part for a car that runs as close radiator dimensions as possible. Closest I could find so far are Nissan S13,S14,S15,R33 but they are a couple inches wider. While say Nissan 300ZX (Z32) radiator is way too high. Toyota and Subaru parts are WAY too wide. I don't own an oil well yet so custom radiator is the last option I want.

    Hi George,

I ended up getting custom radiators made - there is a company in china (also advertises on ebay) who will do custom radiators at a quite reasonable price (I got 3 made for the same sort of cost to have one made locally). I can give you his details. He can probably check what they already make and see if they have something suitable before going fully custom

I found the best way was to find an online catalogue with specs and just red through it. I found it more challenging to get the outlets right than the core size.

.T. sure I want his contacts. Chinese aluminium radiators are quite popular here. I know quite a few guys who run them in their projects, and no one of them had any issues yet.

LittleRedSpirit I tried searching different online catalogs, and from what I seen all the factory radiators tend to be 26-27 inches wide (or 23 wide by 18 high). Or they are for too small engines, something in 1.4-1.8L area.

I am looking into the same sorta thing for my Celica...

    std jzx90 Chaser rad is a cross flow 600 x 425 x 32 (23.5" x 16.7" x 1.25")

the aftermarket 40/50mm ones on eBay are less than $200...

also look into some BMW 3 series rads over the years from 1990ish to early 2000s, they all seem to have a cross flow design so they are narrower (500mm core with ~50mm of end tank) and despite what you'd think, they aren't that expensive...

stealth, thank you for the info on JZX90 radiator, it seems to fit VERY nicely. However, after detailed inspection of car's front end I decided I can fit up to 670x460mm (with cap) radiator. I will take a look at aftermarket S13 Silvia part. It seem to fit ok if I cut away and weld its drain cap at the bottom (otherwise it will hit the frame and I'll lose any height headroom).

The Chinese company mentioned above listed me very reasonable price, however I'll do my best to fit some existing part
