Not sure about the different angles, but if its a coilover sleeve you'll loose a other couple of mm there. For how cheap slip on spacers are and if you don't mind running them, it can't hurt to get some just incase.
Short story:
Got a track day on Friday, borrowed wheels for my KE70, test fitted them tonight and the fronts only just touch on the shock body, stock KE70 suspension. I'm putting AE86 coilovers in tomorrow, will these offer more wheel clearance or should I go buy spacers?
Would test fit but time is an issue.

From memory these are stock struts that have had coilover sleeves welded on etc
I dont have an issue with bolt on spacers but they are $100 I dont want to spend lol
Haha no that's fair enough, you couldn't just get away with a couple of mm slip on spacers instead? Good luck either way and I hope they fit!

if they are vitos wheels, anything 7" or wider requires minimum +12 offset to clear the struts be it KE or AE. off the top my head they are 15x8 +15, so need to be 0 offset to get the most clearence.
suggest getting some spacers.
