    Default TA22 winder help!!

    G'day people.
My window reg started to hate life and kept coming off the runners, so i ordered some new bushes from ebay (thailand)
the problem is, they seem too big to fit? are they too big? or does someone have some tips to make them work?
this is my reg, and the bushes that i brought.

What ta22 fan said, but if bunnings don't have the rollers (which they didn't last time I had my winders out for repairs), you can file/sand the fleabay ones down to fit. They are ok then but do ricey's fix if you can get the rollers.

cheers heaps for the heads up
Bunnings (in tas) had heaps of them, have replaced the one 'wheel' that was missing. with the bunnings one, and put the 'beans' into the window
    Will reinstall next weekend.
Thanks again for the help, another step towards rego

went to re-install the window, but it wouldn't go in, due to the tensioner spring being in the way.
from looking at it further, should there be a tab that the spring rests on? (where i have circled)

Yes, there should be a tab there that the sping hooks on to. I've seen this happen before - metal fatigue I guess.

Yep - that's the bracket that bolts to the inside of the door (rear) - no way it would work without that. If it's come away from the rest of the regulator, you may find that it's still bolted in position on the door.
