    Default 92 hilux 2y G40 4 speed convert to W58 5 speed

Picked up a hilux and the 4 speed is on its last legs and really annoying on the hwy.

I have a spare w58 form a 3RZ and a Y series bellhousing. Anyone know if the splines are the same, as in will I be able to use the standard clutch and tailshaft still bolt up. I had a search and couldn't find what differences there are between G and W series gearbox's

    Any help appreciated
