Guessing the DST settings are playing up again, been noticing it on a few forums actually, if you go and reset the DST settings it usually fixes it

tz-data package probably needs to be updated, along with system time, then give the webserver a kick in the guts and PHP will report back the proper time.
It probably won't solve any existing posts though, since they'll be saved in the database with date/timestamp hardcoded.

Hrm, actually I turned off DST corrections in my general settings as Hiro suggested, and it appears to have worked.

Last year in Jordan they announced they wouldn't be ending daylight saving for winter... a day before they were supposed to switch back :|
I've updated the server packages, tzdata was included.
