Hey Joel, Welcome the Bris. See if you can track down Norbie is he's still around... may know of some things, also Dana (think sillycarchick).
Love your build mate, been watching the evolutions over the years.

I went along to the Classic Japanese Car Club meeting in West End last night and they were a friendly bunch of people, joined up - wasn't expensive. Lots of cruises / events / shows etc.. A couple of Celica owners there (one of them a 1JZ '28)

Met a couple of them out at the Leyburn Sprints on the weekend.

Otherwise I try to get out to Lakeside for the street sprints and sometimes open sprints if you're looking for some track day fun. QR too.

Will be going to the Pittsworth Sprints in a few weeks time - doesn't really classify as 'brisbane' though...

Started the process of getting the '28 engineered up here yet?

They have to accrew enough for nose reconstructions as well as feeding his mime family. The dont talk much so they never need much water for their dry mouths.

Hey, heard a nasty rumour that you were selling your 28 Joel. Is that true?
    Cheers

It's in the for sale section, and also on Gumtree (plus many other places I'm sure), so not really a rumour.

Heaps of PF ****s in Brisbane, should be able to get your cruise/meet-up fix there, probably at least 6% better than being lonely..?
