Default Stand alone ECU, 1G Sydney

Hey Guys i have a mostly stock 1G with a mid sized turbo, front mount, full exhaust and cam gears. at the moment its running an Excede piggy back and on the stock turbos the tune was great and bang on AFR's. now with the bigger turbo the injectors are maxing out and im not convinced that a retune on the excede is money well spent.

so option 1 is to spend more money on the piggyback and get it tuned to run the bigger injectors but ill have to stick with the AFM and im not convinced il lbe happy with the result.
option 2 is to go stand alone ecu.
i have two shops i would look at, one is walking distance from work the other from home. they both seem like good guys and know there stuff. one wants to use haltech and the other is keen on the black box from moristech.... both are around the $3k mark drive in drive out.

im so confused and dont know which way to go.

what are your toughts on aftermarket ECU's at the moment or should i persist with the piggyback setup?

Hi, i dont know much about stand alone, but would this suit yr purpose.
it comes down to tuning abilities, but price seems good.

im a Haltech supporter all the way, tons of support online through forums and software is easy to use
A friend of mine ran a piggyback Moristech on a supercharged subaru, awesome unit even for a piggyback so would be interesting how the stand alone goes

is the car just a daily driver?
If in doubt, drift her out! Steer from the rear! less traction, more action! simple!

its not a daily driver, more of a weekend toy. im not after peak hp what I really want is cold start, hot start, good idle, starts every time, sits in traffic well, just a reliable set and forget. im not interested in doing any tuning myself I just want it to drive like a factory car.

not real keen on the EMS that's there only because its only going to be about $400 cheaper at the end of the day and it isn't well supported by my local shops.

I think i'm leaning towards the Moristech but keen for more input. one tuner likes the motec ECU but said im looking at closer to $6k and that's just not an option.
