The chrome trim doesn't actually seal the windscreen, the adhesive does. Any windscreen specialist can reseal it. If you want to permanently stop the rusting you'll need to sand/repair the rust whilst the windscreen is out.
Hi there, I was just wondering if its possible to replace the windscreen trimmings on the cressida to a full rubber one instead, cause the current trimmings are broken and is leaky, causing some rust to bubble under the surface of the paint, resulting in me needing to sand it off and primer it.
If possible, any recommendations as to where I should go to reseal the windscreen in Perth would be fantastic, or is O'brien adequate enough?
Cheers.
