ke70 and ae71 diffs

hi guys,

i blew the pinion gears in my ke70 diff... and now i am looking for a replacement diff. (perferably drum to drum)

are ke70 and ae71 diffs different in anyway???
and if so, is it possible to fit the ae71 diff in my ke70?????

if anybody has a diff they want to sell let me know, i need it urgently 0431701483

They're identical. Both Borg Warners. You could even fit a sprinter S-series diff if you wanted. Probably the ideal one would be a T-series from a T-18 so you can fit an LSD into it. Or if you have cash to burn then a T disk brake rear end from a JDM sprinter.

either of those options will require a sprinter tail shaft also. with the T you will need the rear half from the t18, and with the disc brake rear end you will need to alter front/rear brake proportioning.
