    Default GX81 going manual.

    Bought a w58 for the 1jz in the cresta, I know I need the bellhousing to suit nut do I need to change tailshaft etc?

    Depends on what box is in it now?
    If its auto now, yes, you will need a new/modified prop shaft.


    Take the 2 piece shaft out and get a single made, probably $500~
    Or try find a manual MA70 and get the front half of the prop shaft, tall order here but.

    No, you want the front driveshaft from a MA70 (7MGE/W58 combo)

    So I am looking for the front half of the tail shaft from a ma70 supra?

    Correct, has to be from a W58 spec car
