ECU wiring in Sydney needed

Hey, today I picked up a 4AGE long motor from a bloke who had a 4AGZE (AE101) fitted to his AE92 Corolla from a halfcut.
From what I could gather he paid someone a decent amount of money ($2000 ontop of the $3k he paid for the halfcut) to fit it and do the wiring and its a total fucking abortion, the motor runs like shit and I dont even think the SC is engaging. The bloke has told him a few things but seems to of washed his hands of the matter. Looks like someone has taken him for a ride so to speak.

He asked me if I knew anyone, said I would find out and ask around.
Anyone here sort out shit like this for a living or know someone who is half decent? He is not expecting a free ride, just wants it working, he is in Baulkham hills
