These are images off my JZX81 1JZ-GTE (it’s a 92 engine as well so should be similar).
I have added colours to differentiate different lines that I am talking about so look down for the images (I have done your pics as well where I have known what they were)

    1. Fuel Damper (mine is mounted on top of the fuel filter which is mounted to the block). Yours looks like it’s from a JZZ30 which have them under the chassis somewhere so the damper is alone on the block.

    2. Looks like it’s from the blue solenoid under the intake manifold (shown in pic 6)

    3. Forward one is a spare which is usually used for a boost gauge, rear one is the Red in my pics

    4. Two lines go into the blue solenoid (one line is pink in the pics, the other one goes to the intake manifold just above the map sensor port)

    5. It goes to the map sensor (it’s the line next to the pink one in pic 5 and loops around to the sensor which is at the top of the pic, upsidedown)

    6. Goes from the ISCV (big black thing in the pic with the grey plug) to the rear turbo intake (Dark Yellow in the pics)

    7. That line is the vacuum line for the brake booster

Red - boost feed for BOV
Dark Yellow - ISCV return to pre-turbo pipe
Green - Breather from intake cam cover to intake manifold
Pink - line to solenoid from manifold - also Tees to throttle body (not sure exactly where)
Brown - from ISCV to throttle body
Blue - water inlet from heater core

Intake manifold side would stay the same I would guess unless you want to delete things.

The boost reference for the BOV (red) can be either kept if you want a manifold reference or deleted if you take reference from just after the turbo pressure outlet.

The pipe from the ISVC simply allows filtered air into the intake manifold (not sure on the exact operation, ie if its for cold start or general idle control) but I have seen people run a separate line and then a small filter to make sure nothing nasty gets inside.

You will need to work something out for the twin oil and water feed lines and possibly something near the heater outlet if you need the space (big rubber pipe next to the rear turbo inlet in pic 2/3, though yours could be different). Typically you block one of oil feeds so that you can use one for the single turbo, and the water will depend on if yours is water cooled so either block them all if not or just one.
