TA22 hazard switch functions

I recently purchased a TA22 GT dash assembly and found the hazard flasher switch has extra functions, does anybody know what these are?
Rotate knob one click left from off and also two clicks to right. What are these other functions, I tried to put two jpg images up but site won't allow to upload because they were over allowed size. i'm definately not a computer geek so have no idea how to reduce file size so unluckily can't upload to assist with answer.

Hi,
Its a JDM thing. It operates extra lower wattage park globes front and rear.
1 turn left is for the left parker, 1 turn right is for the right parkers and 2 turn right for the left and right together.

Thanks Matt I was curious what they did. We don't need them here so i wont bother wiring those functions to it.
