Default what brake is this?!?! help please

i got ahold of a set of struts and brakes for a ta22,

its a 5 stud, i tried looking up the internet for info, no luck so im hoping some of the toyota gurus can help me out identifying this brake & strut

it has "FC-18" or "FO-18" or "FG-18" written on the strut. and on the caliper there's bunch of random numbers, "SELP m9286-ff d4915"

ive took some photos of it...

your help will be appreciated the most

    thanks

you could take the pad out, and match it up to a pad picture in a bendix brake catalog. the pad may be used in a few toyotas, but it would narrow it down.
i dont have a funny or cool signature.
