Default Saturday 17th June: Old School [ANY TOYOTA] Cruise *ammended*

    When June 17th
    Time 10:00am Meet
    Where:Meet at Krispy Kreme's Liverpool

Make sure you have plenty of fuel before we leave... there is a servo at the meet point.

Leave KK all together and make our way to Heathcote Road
Once we clear all the lights on heathcote road we will pull over and wait for the group to bunch up, as you catch up DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR CARS just pull off to the left at tail of the convoy. Once sweeper has caught up whole convoy can make its way along heathcote road in a bunch.

Once we get to the end of Heathcote road (Princes Highway) TURN LEFT and head towards LOFTUS. Because of the amount of lights the convoy will get separated DONT WORRY. Just keep heading down the princes highway for about 5 minutes until you pass Engadine and you will see a RIGHT HAND TURN into Royal National Park [FARNELL AVE]. Turn here and Make your way down towards entrance to RNP.

YOU WILL SEE A PAY BOOTH, This park (Heatcote is listed as being a non Fee park *Free* otherwise apparently driving through doesnt cost ... will verify this week). Wait for a break in trafic (if there is any) to allow convoy to pull away all at once and head down to pay booth.

From here it is a glorious drive through the Natonal Park, just follow your nose and DO NOT TURN OFF anywhere and you will not get lost. Main road throught the park is "Sir Bertram Stephans Drive"

When you arrive at the Southern end of the park you will see a great look-out on the left overlooking the ocean this IS NOT Stanwell Tops, DO NOT stop here. Travel along a bit further around to the next point, watch out for the hair pin bend. The next car park you see on the left with a great look out will be Stanwell Tops (BALD HILLS) pull into the car park and look for a group of parking spaces (Up the top end of car park is always a good spot) pull in and get out for a yarn and leg stretch.

Once everyone is ready to go we will head to Bulli tops along the old princess highway. NOTE: NOT THE FREEWAY !!

When we get to Bulli tops just pull into the old service station / lookout on the left before the bulli pass turn off. You cant miss it, its the first look out / service station you will see on your left when you join the main road from the princess highway. IF YOU MISS IT YOU ARE STUFFED AND WILL NEED TO TAKE THE BULLI PASS TURN OFF, DRIVE TO THE BOTTOM, TURN AROUND, COME BACK UP, DRIVE WELL PAST LOOK OUT ON FAR SIDE OF ROAD, GO UP TO SUBLIME POINT LOOK OUT, DO A U-TURN, AND ATTEMPT TO NOT MISS WHERE WE WILL ALL BE WAITING.

We will all have a chat when we get there about what to do next. There are a few choices.

il let you know that if your planning on stopping at the top of bulli pass where there was a srvo it is no gone, that area is fenced off and there is no where to park, there is the old information board part a little bit further on but you would be lucky to fit 5 cars in there.

I can confirm that driving through the National Park IS FREE!!!! I drive through on a very regular basis when I feel like a change in scenery to the Freeway on my way to Sydney and back. Just stop and the booth and tell them you're driving through and how many cars you have and you'll be fine

The Bulli Tops stop point is also closed for re-developement at the moment. But you can still stop in front of the GREEN FENCE, there is space for ~20 cars I'd say but there isn't much of a view as the look out has been removed during preparations for the new developent.

im in and liverpool KK or the servo across the road.

nath get a list of people who are going to come

and the pic of the 1st map is incorrect and i think we should leave KK heading towards the hume hwy the turn right and head towards the M5 get off at moorebank ave then turn right onto heathcote road.

dont have to pay toll and there is 7-8 lights that way.

or we could get off at the heathcote rd exit but im not sure if you have to pay toll that way.
    i dont think we do.

    see you there
