Toymods Photoshoot Night, Sunday February 24, 6PM

So the initial plan will be to meet in front of Le Montage in lilyfield at 6pm. The address is 38 frazer st lilyfield. There is plenty of parking all along the road out front and if it happens to be packed we can meet where the old iron cove bridge ends and there is now a kind-of turning bay/cul de sac thing (you'll know it when you see it).

This area is right in front of Iron cove, and the cars can be parkedonly a few metres from the waters edge, meaning you can get some great photos in the fading light and whatnot.

I figure that it's probably useless trying to organise anything further than this as people will all want to do different things, so instead we will decide on the night with the people that actually turn up as to where we go afterwards. My initial thoughts would be we can go somewhere near by and grab a bite to eat and then travel to carriageworks at newtown, or if people prefer heading west, we can go to harrys parramatta for food and then go take some photos in that tunnel under the m4 onramp at homebush. As I said, we'll work this stuff out on the night.

Olympic Park has some nice spots for photos and the place is pretty much deserted by sunset at this time of year (unless there's a sporting match or a concert on that night)

I'm a maybe waiting to hear back from work but we have a deployment that weekend that I will be supporting just not sure what hours I'm required for.

well I wasn't planning on attending, but I told the missus and she is really keen to come out and get pics of the zdub in nice locations, so I will be there.

she did have a question, is there an official club photographer that can take awesome shots of the cars or is it each up to ourselves?

We don't have an official club photographer as such but we do have a few amateurs that have been known to get a nice pic. What normally happens is a few people end up taking photos and someone will have a laptop there to transfer all the pics onto a USB stick or CD.
