its just a 90deg vacuum pipe fitting with a locating lug for the brake booster vacuum
Looks to be the same sort of shape template as the idle speed sensor on the front, located on the rear of the intake manifold, my engine didn't come with it so trying to identify what I need to get . its two small bolt holes with a larger hole centred between them both, any help would be appreciated

if its same shape/size as Idle Sensor (IAC) on the front and is directly on the opposite side of the intake manifold it is where the EGR return pipe goes from exhaust back into inlet manifold. If its this then just blank it off as you do not need it
A pic would help determine for sure though

You don't even need to blank it off!!

So just leave that bit as is?
If the plate on the side of the manifold (opposite side to throttle body) just has one pipe coming out which heads to the inlet on the cam cover, then yes, just leave it as is.
If this plate is the big EGR doovy, then you need to replace it with a non-EGR plate.
Either way, just leave the rear as is.
